Payment is expected the day of service or mailed within 3 days. If an invoice for service is issued, a service fee is applied for handling to cover the cost of postage/paper and office time.
The hourly rate is $42.50. The minimum charge is $115.00
If we do not have a key to your home and we are locked out, we charge a full service fee. We have reserved the time and team especially for your home.
Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to scheduled cleaning will be charged the full fee.
By the hour cleanings are charged for the work that has been done (not inclusive of the areas not done). If additional work is needed to complete cleaning tasks, these too are charged by the hour. If “work performed is not satisfactory” and needs re-cleaning, this is free of charge. If you have specific cleaning needs and there is a “cap” on services to be charged, you need to be present during the cleaning to direct the crew appropriately to the areas needing attention to ensure your own priorities within this budget.
Upon request we can provide environmentally friendly all natural cleaning products alongside HEPA filter vacuuming for a small add-on fee. These special services are generally provided in homes for those members of the family living with asthma, bronchitis, COPD and breathing sensitivities; as well as, skin sensitivities for airborne cleaning products. We realize that while some clients prefer a stronger product and disinfectant not all clients wish the same and prefer a clean home without the use of lingering scents of products. This is why we have a specially trained team that will clean your home with all natural products understanding the importance health and well-being and sensitivities of the client. Fresh new products are purchased specifically for this home to remain in the home through use; while the HEPA grade vacuum has a one-time use disposable paper bag.
Daisy Fresh uses the best products on the market. Because we clean several aftercare medical facilities many of our products are hospital grade germicide disinfectants. These products continue to provide not only a clean home, but a protected environment in minimizing the transfer of active germs to different areas within the home. Door handles, outside appliances, counter tops, bathroom shower and toilet areas continue to sanitize for days after the cleaning. Minimizing dust and other unhealthy air quality contaminants not seen by the naked eye.
