How should I pay for my services?
You may leave a check the day of service or we accept MasterCard/Visa. We do not invoice. The cancelled check or credit card is receipt for paid services.

Do you supply the cleaning products?
Yes. We use the best quality products in the industry. We ask that you only provide trash bags and paper towels. If you have special products that you would prefer we use to our own; please ask the estimator about this and we will substitute; however, discounts are not given for substitutions.

We use environmentally friendly cleaning products by Daycon. Visit the Daycon website or view product details.

Do you supply a vacuum cleaner?
Yes. We use our industrial strength professional vacuum cleaners.

When I give you a key to my home how does your office handle it?
Your key is assigned a number and recorded into our scheduling software on the computer. The key itself is tagged and placed into a lock box at our administrative office. It doesn’t have your name or address attached for identification purposes. The team is issued the key the day of your service and it is returned to the lock-box upon check-in.

Can I expect the same team each cleaning?
We try to keep the same team assigned to your home for consistency; however, team members do take days off for various reasons or may be ill. Each team has a qualified supervisor on it to ensure quality in your home.

Can I expect a crew at a given time on my cleaning day?
While we would like to give you this information, it changes daily and often hourly; therefore, we cannot track this for you. The teams are driven by software technology and are routed daily based on the scheduling system: the number of units, their locations and various cleaning times differ. Our focus is to manage our teams effectively so that they may concentrate on the details of your home once they have arrived.

What are your cleaning rates?
We charge by the hour for the first cleaning at $39.50. After the first cleaning a regular maintenance-cleaning price is set for your home.

What insurance or license does the company hold for my housecleaning?
We are licensed by Fairfax County to conduct business for housecleaning. We are bonded for crime and carry commercial liability; as well as, worker’s compensation to protect the homeowner against worker’s injuries. We will kindly provide you a copy of our insurance certificate upon request.

What if I’m not happy with an area cleaned?
Contact our office within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area for free.
